  • You may create bookmarks, highlights, and personal notes for your own use
  • This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Content and Conduct

  • Your personal notes and highlights are private to your account
  • You retain ownership of content you create (notes, highlights)
  • You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Bible text content is provided by HelloAOLab Bible API

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

Intellectual Property

  • The Bible app and its original content are protected by copyright
  • Bible translations are provided under their respective licenses
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

Limitation of Liability

The Bible is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Privacy

Termination
